Mission Statement
It is our mission to enhance your quality of life by improving your lower extremity health and function.
We strive to offer the latest and most effective technologies, procedures, and products available.
Our goal is to exceed your expectations while providing superior medical and surgical care for each patient in a friendly, warm environment.
Some of the ways we achieve these goals are listed below:
We are an on-site durable medical equipment provider:
From the minute you place a call to us or walk through our door, you will see that we are a first-class health care facility. From our friendly, knowledgeable staff, to our paperless medical records, to our fully stocked shoe/medical products store you will know that you have chosen the right place for your lower extremity needs!
We welcome you to view our videos on the latest and greatest technologies listed above, E.S.T., Tenex and Keryflex.
Our doctors are all Board Certified/Qualified Foot Surgeons by the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgery (ACFAS). This is the highest level of training and recognition by peers that a podiatric foot and ankle surgeon can receive. It is a credential that you can trust.
All of our physicians are on staff at Frederick Memorial Hospital and Thomas Johnson Surgery Center. We are on call to both emergency rooms 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are also the on staff Podiatric Limb Salvage Specialists at the hospital's wound care centers.
We strive to satisfy the individual foot care needs of each patient. At Frederick Foot & Ankle Specialists, our first priority is to treat your foot care needs in a manner that is most effective and most convenient for you. We offer on site digital x-rays, ultrasound and a wide variety of casts, ankle braces, splints, pads, and medications.
We want your experience to be a positive. For those who are fearful of foot treatments, we offer needle-less cortisone therapy as well as several other pain-free treatment options. You also have the option of having your procedure performed at an outpatient facility under the care of an anesthesiologist.
Frederick Foot & Ankle Specialists believes that informed patients are better prepared to make decisions regarding their health and well-being. That is why we have included an extensive section on this web site covering a full array of topics associated with podiatric diagnoses and treatments. We encourage you to look through these pages whenever you have an interest or concern about your feet.
We want everyone to have access to the best care available. At Frederick Foot & Ankle Specialists, we strive to make our Frederick office as efficient and convenient as possible. Included in these web pages is information about our offices, including maps, directions, hours, insurance policies and appointment scheduling. You can even email a request for an appointment right here!
We hope you find this web site useful, and we invite you to contact us with your questions at any time.
